Rancho Melado (4,860 acres) – SOLD

Boasting four ponds, 25 water troughs and 2.3 miles of border along the San Rodrigo River, Rancho Melado is irresistible to deer and fowl. Like all of the Stuart Ranches in Coahuila, Rancho Melado is populated with quality deer, as little or no hunting has occurred in the area for the last 10 years, a claim not common in most American hunting areas. More than 23 miles of well-maintained, graded dirt roads provide access to El Melado’s 4,860 acres and a one-bedroom, one-bath, ranch worker’s house on the property. Rancho San Antonio (9,450 acres) – SOLD

One of the most improved properties of all the Stuart Ranches in Mexico, Rancho San Antonio is a hunter’s paradise. A river running through the property gives sportsmen access to both river banks, which are lined with 100-foot tall pecan and oak trees. Water throughout and plentiful vegetation make this ranch a great habitat for turkey, duck, dove, quail and deer. Featuring a three-bedroom, two-bath hunters’ house; three smaller workers’ houses; electricity; well maintained and improved caliche road system, Rancho San Antonio is ready for a buyer to move in and start hunting, with no further upgrades needed. This ranch is accessible by paved road and is 15-20 minutes from the large city of Piedras Negras, Mexico.

Rancho Paso de las Mulas (4,400 acres) – SOLD

Nicknamed the “Lake Ranch,” Paso de las Mulas features miles of beautiful, waterfront property. The six miles bordering a 6,500-acre lake and the two-mile frontage on the San Rodrirgo River make the Lake Ranch an excellent destination for deer, duck, dove, quail and turkey hunting. This ranch features extensive improvements, luxury accommodations, and two irrigated wheat and milo fields which provide feed for all of Stuart Ranches. With two renovated ranch houses, plus two workers’ houses, this impressive property is turnkey and ready to be enjoyed. Accessed by paved road, Rancho Paso de las Mulas is just 16 miles from the U.S. border, and 15 miles west of Piedras Negras, a clean and safe Mexican border town.
